How to Create a Web Comic Template

Comics are a universal form of storytelling. The combination of graphics and text make entertaining the format on a wide range of readers. Differently with normal books, comic-book item, allowing readers to choose titles based on taste. The Web offers with the ability, author of comics little until no picture creative freedom allows skills but still experienced illustrators.
